NEW CLIENT SERVICES AGREEMENT
Please read the information below to best understand how we will work together.
Sessions
At the scheduled appointment time, clients should log into Zoom using the dedicated Zoom link shared with them. Each Zoom meeting lasts 60-minutes. The focus of the sessions will be to address the current and future goals and issues of importance to the client. Please note that these sessions are not a substitute for counseling or psychotherapy and do not involve the diagnosis or treatment of any psychological conditions.
Confidentiality
Information discussed during our meetings is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to others without the client’s permission. The only exception to this policy is if it is determined that the client may be in danger or may be a danger to others. If such a case arises, making sure the client or others are safe will override confidentiality.
Payment
The preferred method of payment is Venmo (@DrDarlene) or Zelle (darlene@darlenemininni.com). The session fee must be paid prior to the scheduled meeting time. If either of these payment options is not possible for the client, alternate methods of payment can be arranged.
Cancellation
Unexpected situations and emergencies happen in life. If the client is unable to keep an appointment, they should provide at least 24 hours’ notice by email so the reserved meeting time may be offered to another client. If an appointment is missed or cancelled without sufficient notice, a 50% session fee will be charged.
