How Does Coaching Work?
Combining the latest in neuroscience, cognitive and positive psychologies, as well as strategic planning and guidance, individual coaching sessions are designed to help you create the life or work you really want. As a boutique service, each 60-minute Zoom session is customized to fit your unique needs, personality and situation.
What Happens in the Sessions?
“Energizing” and “inspiring” are words individuals have used to describe their coaching experience. Depending on your hopes and intentions, a typical session may focus on your vision, mindset, strategy, strengths, nervous system regulation or skill development.
Most importantly, previous coaching clients have celebrated real-world successes, like: new jobs and/or higher salaries, enhanced relationships at work or home, increased wellbeing and resilience, improved emotional intelligence, better leadership skills, and a stronger ability to navigate change, transition and uncertainty.
